About these terms
These terms apply when a business (“you”) signs up for services from Trower Digital (“we”), based in Ottawa, Ontario. By approving a plan or paying an invoice, you agree to them.
Our services
We set up and run the services listed in your plan, which may include missed-call text back, review requests, Google Business Profile help, booking calendars, follow-up sequences and website chatbots. We build them from the details you give us in our onboarding survey.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate business information and tell us when it changes
- Only have us contact customers who have agreed to hear from you, following Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
- Keep any call forwarding we set up on your phone turned on
- Personally answer reviews of 1 to 3 stars. Our automations do not reply to negative reviews
- Follow the rules of your industry for anything you send customers
Billing
- Plans are billed monthly, in advance.
- A one-time setup fee is charged with your first month only.
- The setup fee is waived when your monthly plan is over $350.
- Prices are quoted in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes.
Cancelling
You can cancel by telling us in writing (text or email is fine) at least 30 days before your next billing date. Fees already paid, including the setup fee, are not refunded. When service ends, we turn off your automations and can give you an export of your contacts on request.
Automated and AI replies
Some services use AI to write first replies and answer common questions. We set them up carefully, but AI can make mistakes. You can review conversations at any time and take over a conversation whenever you want.
Third-party platforms
Our services run on third-party platforms, including GoHighLevel, phone carriers and Google. We aren’t responsible for their outages, policy changes or decisions such as message filtering or review removal.
No guaranteed results
Our tools are built to help you capture more leads and reviews, but we can’t promise a specific number of jobs, reviews, rankings or revenue.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost business.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
